Basement Renovation

From the moment you enter the basement you are greeted with memorabilia that has been collected over the years to reflect this family’s love of all things sports The prized jewel of this basement is the custom built bar area complete with wrought iron shelving, custom cabinetry and antique mirror backsplash. Two beverage refrigerators, bar sink and microwave drawer make it the perfect space for making a beverage and serving up snacks. Wall niches were framed to display various possessions which are highlighted by the cable track lighting system. By framing in one opening, adding a window and a closet underneath the stairs, there is a dedicated space for overnight guests. Framing a wall at the end of the laundry space created more privacy while allowing the functionality of the electrical panel to be installed. The new bathroom boasts details in the glass subway shower wall tile, black plumbing fixtures and wrought iron shelving brackets. Between the 4 TVs on display, relaxing sofa room and spotlights on collectibles, this is a sports enthusiasts’ dream entertaining space.
