Basement Renovation

The custom wall paneling accompanied by an iron and cable railing lead you to a basement meant for relaxation and entertainment. Turning towards the kitchen you see the locally and custom made thirteen-foot expansive island perfect for a football spread. The built-in refrigerator, microwave drawer, undermount sink and ample storage allow you to prep and entertain without leaving the party. From the kitchen a widened header was installed to support the three panel sliding doors. This really allows you to bring the outdoors in on those beautiful sunny days. Engineered flooring and all white paint colors bring a continuity to the basement and allow for the customizations to be on display. The steel columns and framing provide the first look in the entertainment area with custom wall detailing and modern picture lighting. A tray ceiling was installed to conceal the HVAC system throughout the room. The columns and framing aren’t the only steel to appreciate in this basement. The custom-built wall and door system to the wine cellar provides a beautiful, modern touch while insulating the cellar to maintain temperature and humidity. The custom-built wine racking system in an ash gray finish wraps the soffit that houses the air supply dedicated to the wine cellar. A custom steel frame and wall niche were built to house this homeowner's safe to house his valuables. To accommodate any overnight guests, a full bathroom was installed. Modern linear floor tile was softened by the pillow edge shower wall tile. Custom vanity and linen cabinets were installed as well as leathered granite and matte black plumbing and lighting fixtures.
