Basement Remodel

This Riverchase basement belongs to some grandparents and needed a place to have the grandchildren play, an office to work in, a kitchenette for snacks, and a bathroom. The office also can easily turn into a bedroom for when the grand-kids come over for the holidays and long weekends. Initially this space was used for storage, and was not utilized to its full potential. The refinished basement is now a place for work and play.
