Let’s Meet !

The next step is a “discovery meeting.” For this, we will come to your project location so we can meet in person and learn more about you and your project and also so you can learn more about us and our process. At the end of this meeting, if all of us agree that we might be a good fit for one another, we can move into the project development phase.

Here are a few things to know about the “discovery meeting”:

• This meeting should be scheduled at a time when everyone involved in decision making processes for the project can attend (includes design and / or financial decision makers!).

• The first meeting usually last one to two hours and includes in-depth conversation about your project along with a frank conversation about project costs, budgets and production timelines.
